Where are meetings held?
The majority of meetings are held at our offices in Llanover or Cwmbran. However, we can meet at our clients’ homes if necessary.
Do you have parking?
Yes, including disabled parking and disabled access.
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No – this is what we call our discovery meeting and it’s entirely at our expense.
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
Please bring as much as you can in relation to your existing savings, pensions and investments. Please also bring ID, such as a passport or driving licence.
How long should I allow for an initial meeting?
We recommend two hours.
Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?
No, you will have plenty of time to consider what we discuss before making any decisions.
How can I book an initial meeting?
Please call us on 01873 777180 in the first instance so that we can have an initial discussion beforehand to ensure we can help you.
Are you independent?
Yes, we are. This means that we have access to the entire market of financial products, so we can match you to the best solution to meet your needs.
Are you regulated?
Yes, we’re directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can see our company listing under reference number: 480455 here.
What happens if my financial planner is away on holiday?
We have two authorised financial planners so we’ll ensure that one is always available.
What do you charge for a financial plan?
A Lifetime Cashflow Model is £795, Financial advice fees are agreed and applied individually before we proceed through the six stages of financial planning. For more details, please see our ‘How we charge’ page.
Do you take a percentage of my investments or are your fees fixed?
Our fees are both fixed and based on a percentage of your investments. For more details, please see our ‘How we charge’ page.
Do you receive commission from providers?
Do you charge VAT?
No, we apply fees to the implementation stage which is currently VAT exempt.
